Our story
Neufin started as a passion project. Our goal was to try and find the most meaningful problem to devote the rest of our lives to solving. Climate change was the no-brainer answer, but there are hundreds of possibilities to explore and many different paths to take. Months of exploration of the market and over a hundred conversations later, lo and behold – we founded Neufin.

Rushil Noronha
Co-Founder
Rushil leads Business, Sales, Operations, Marketing and HR. He spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble India and steered to profitability their e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer businesses. He’s an alumnus of IIM, Calcutta.
Rahool Gadkari
Co-Founder
Rahool leads Product, Technology, Finance, Risk and Admin. He’s spent 8 years in product roles Jupiter, Practo, Zocdoc and Broadcom. He’s an alumnus of Northwestern-Kellogg School of Management.
Sarthak Mahapatra
Business & OPERATIONS
Sarthak is a part of the founding team at Neufin and looks at Business & Operations. Sarthak was the Founder-CEO of Valerio Electric – a VC-backed startup focused on EV charging. He is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani.
Arshiya Bhutani
Research & communication
Arshiya worked in development sector consulting at Sambodhi Research focussed on the best use of technology for social good. She’s a Public Policy alumnus from the National Law University, Bangalore.
Shourya Jain
Product
Shourya is tasked with building all things Product at Neufin. He spent the last 3 years at Microsoft working on Azure’s Machine Learning platform and is an alumnus of the University of Washington.
